At the intersection of 116th Street and US 31/Meridian Street, turn right. Travel approximately one mile where you will encounter a rotary intersection, called a roundabout. Enter the roundabout, staying in the right lane and merge onto Illinois Street. Clarian North Medical Center can be accessed via the first entrance you come to on your right hand side. From the Northwest / I-65 Follow I-65 South to I-865. Take I-865 East until it ends and becomes I-465 East. Take I-465 East to Exit #31 - US 31/Meridian Street. Take US 31/Meridian Street North approximately two miles until you approach the intersection of 116th and Meridian Streets, where you will want to be in one of the two left -hand lanes. Turn left onto 116th Street. Travel approximately one mile where you will encounter a rotary intersection, called a roundabout. Enter the roundabout, staying in the right lane and merge onto Illinois Street. Clarian North Medical Center can be accessed via the fi rst entrance you come to on your right hand side. From Northeast / I-69 or SR37 Follow-I-69 South to Exit 0 where you merge onto I-465 West. Take I-465 West approximately six miles to Exit #31 - US 31 North/Meridian Street. Take US 31/Meridian Street North approximately two miles until you approach the intersection of 116th and Meridian Streets, where you will want to be in one of the two left -hand lanes. Turn left onto 116th Street. Travel approximately one mile where you will encounter a rotary intersection, called a roundabout. From the East / I-465 Eastside From I-465 on the eastside, travel North. I-465 North will turn into I-465 West. Continue until you get to Exit #31 - US 31 North/Meridian Street. Take US 31/Meridian Street North approximately two miles until you approach the intersection of 116th and Meridian Streets, where you will want to be in one of the two left -hand lanes. Turn left onto 116th Street. Travel approximately one mile where you will encounter a rotary intersection, called a roundabout. From the West / I-465 Westside From I-465 on the westside, travel North. I-465 North will turn into I-465 East. Continue until you get to Exit #31 - US 31 North/Meridian Street. From the South / Downtown Head North from downtown on Meridian Street, which becomes US 31.
